Morning sessions (6:30 AM – 9:30 AM) and sunset sessions (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM) are best because winds are lighter, waves are cleaner, and the beach is less crowded.

For beginners, we stay in waist-deep water where you can easily stand on the soft sandbar. Please inform your instructor of your swimming ability before entering the water.
